The Universal Deployable Platform was designed to meet the Red River Army Depot’s diverse needs for safe accessibility and full protection during the maintenance and repair of tanks and artillery in Texarkana, TX. This project is another example of how JE Technology Solutions designs and manufactures versatile platforms that fulfill multiple operational requirements.
Our client needed a maintenance stand that was OSHA-compliant and allowed their workers safe, easy access to the Sherpa aircraft’s propeller and engine. JE Technology Solutions designed and built a custom stand that met these requirements, ensuring both safety and efficiency during maintenance operations.

This project began as a build-to-print job, following the client’s original design. However, as conversations progressed, the client trusted us to make key modifications to address their specific needs and requirements. We adapted the design to improve practicality and functionality, delivering a maintenance stand that not only met all specifications but also enhanced efficiency and ease of use for their operations.

Our custom solution simplifies removal and installation of the V-22 Nacelle, making it easier to access and repair the aircraft’s spindle bearings.
