Operations Manager

Harley Helgeson brings over 28 years of manufacturing expertise to his role as operations manager, spanning the aerospace, automotive, and microelectronics sectors. His hands-on approach, data-driven strategies, and focus on innovation drive continuous improvement at JE Technology Solutions.

Mitchell Hamilton

Sales Manager

Mitchell Hamilton works closely with many premier organizations who want to partner with JE Technology Solutions to improve maintenance efficiency and safety and turn product ideas into reality. In his role as sales manager, he is responsible for establishing sales strategies, performing market analysis, building mutually beneficial relationships, and developing sales forecasts that help ensure we have the capacity to meet growing customer demand.

PJ Margarone

Project Manager

PJ Margarone is an accomplished project manager with a proven track record of streamlining operations, optimizing supply chains, and building strong relationships with customers and vendors. He aligns our project deliverables with the customer’s strategic goals and helps drive the continuous improvement of JE Technology Solutions products by collaborating with our engineering and production teams. PJ’s extensive experience in purchasing, process management, and new product development, along with his focus on key performance indicators (KPIs), ensures successful project outcomes.

About Adrian

Adrian Little’s leadership is instrumental in guiding the company’s direction, strategy, and growth. A highly experienced executive, he draws on 20+ years of engineering experience to direct the JE Technology Solutions team in manufacturing high-quality solutions that meet our customers’ unique requirements.

Adrian’s extensive engineering background provides a strong foundation for leading the organization. He has served as the company’s principal engineer, providing design and engineering oversight on our aircraft maintenance stands and directing the selection of the optimal materials, equipment, and processes to deliver top-quality solutions consistently. Prior to founding JE Technology Solutions, Adrian held senior-level roles in mechanical engineering with Comtech Systems, Nexxus Lighting, and Spartan Electronics.

Adrian earned a B.S. in chemical engineering from Florida State University, a M.S. in materials science and engineering from University of Central Florida, and a M.B.A. from University of Central Florida College of Business. He holds a Design for Six Sigma Green Belt certification, is a Certified SolidWorks Professional, and has completed advanced training in mold manufacturing, injection molding, FDA design controls, value stream mapping, and internal audit.

Harley previously served as facility/plant manager at Kennedy Skylights, contributing to the company’s 60% growth by optimizing assembly processes, enhancing efficiency, and achieving high on-time delivery rates. He also managed three product lines at B/E Aerospace, applying data-focused initiatives to improve performance. Throughout his career, Harley has consistently fostered a culture of accountability that empowers employees to drive success for companies and their customers. Whether he’s leading cross-functional teams, coaching employees on lean manufacturing principles and safety protocols, or providing technical troubleshooting, he demonstrates a strong commitment to quality and results.

Harley earned a B.S. in Business Administration-Management. He is a Six Sigma Green Belt and holds certifications in ISO 9001, Lean Manufacturing, and AED, CPR, and First Aid, all underscoring his dedication to operational excellence and team well-being.

Mitchell Hamilton

Sales Manager

In his role as sales manager, he is responsible for establishing sales strategies, performing market analysis, building mutually beneficial relationships, and developing sales forecasts that help ensure we have the capacity to meet growing customer demand.

As a retired U.S. Marine with 16 years of military experience, Mitchell brings a disciplined, problem-solving approach to every interaction with prospective JE Technology Solutions customers. He is highly respected for building trust and understanding, always taking the time to understand a company’s unique needs and challenges before recommending the optimal solutions.

Mitchell holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University and is active in several miliary veterans’ organizations.

PJ Margarone

Project Manager

About PJ

PJ Margarone is an accomplished project manager with a proven track record of streamlining operations, optimizing supply chains, and building strong relationships with customers and vendors. He aligns our project deliverables with the customer’s strategic goals and helps drive the continuous improvement of JE Technology Solutions products by collaborating with our engineering and production teams. PJ’s extensive experience in purchasing, process management, and new product development, along with his focus on key performance indicators (KPIs), ensures successful project outcomes.

PJ previously served as purchasing/new development manager at Sprayer Depot, shepherding the organization through a historic supply chain disruption. As a product manager at Ta Chen International, he cultivated and strengthened international vendor partnerships while navigating a complex and often volatile global trade environment.

PJ’s background in process management, strategic sourcing, budgeting, team leadership, and manufacturing operations equips him to manage complex projects to our customers’ satisfaction. A certified Loss Prevention Specialist, he gained invaluable skills for this role while studying business administration at the State University of New York at Brockport. He holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Valencia Community College.
