Built to Maximize Efficiency

The L-159 Phase Maintenance Stand system is a complete modular solution meticulously crafted to maximize efficiency. Each platform has ample room for storage of pneumatic and power tools and aircraft parts. When combined with other options such as lights, electrical and pneumatic circuits, and toolboxes, personnel can reduce trips up and down the ladder.   

Constructed For Safety

Our designs undergo rigorous testing, including structural analysis and proof load testing, ensuring each design is rated for a 1,000 lb. capacity. The L-159 Phase Maintenance Stands are one of the sturdiest designs on the market.

The system is equipped with removable and interchangeable guardrails that meet both fall protection and OSHA-compliant safety standards. All walking surfaces are equipped with anti-slip coatings to reduce slips and falls. In addition, individually operated extension sliders with rubber padding enable precise fitting to the aircraft and are easily lockable without tools for rapid adjustment.
