F-16 Maintenance Stands for Davis-Mothan Air Force Base
Davis-Mothan Air Force Base needed customized stands that would simplify maintenance on the F-16. They awarded the contract to JE Technology, leveraging our expertise in the custom design and engineering of maintenance platforms for a wide range of military aircraft.
Measuring 14’L x 7’H x 4’W and made of lightweight aluminum for easy maneuvering, our tailored solution follows the F-16 contours and can travel vertically up to 7 feet for full access to the aircraft.
We integrated several features that improve efficiency and usability, including air system connection points for pneumatic tools, electrical inputs, circuit protectors, and flush-mounted emergency shutoff outlets. These OSHA-compliant and AFOSH-compliant F-16 work stands also include critical fall protection features like anti-skid flooring, stair treads, guardrails, and expanded metal with kick plates. This turnkey contract provided Davis-Mothan AFB with a complete solution, including product installation, training, and support.
