How JE Technology Solutions handles website information, contact inquiries, and privacy.
JE Technology Solutions, Inc. (“JE Technology Solutions,” “JE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of visitors, prospective customers, customers, and other individuals who interact with jetechnologysolutions.com and related webpages that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains the categories of personal information we collect, how we use and disclose that information, the technologies we use on the Site, and the choices and rights that may be available to you.
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Site and related online interactions. It does not replace privacy notices or contractual terms that may apply to information processed in connection with a separate customer agreement, job application or employment relationship, secure government or defense program, or other relationship governed by different terms.
JE Technology Solutions is an Apopka, Florida business that designs and manufactures industrial work platforms, access and fall-protection systems, aircraft maintenance access systems, and related equipment, and provides contract manufacturing, CNC production, metal fabrication, and related services. The Site provides information about our products and services and allows visitors to contact us, request information, schedule discussions, and request quotes.
The Site is not an e-commerce store. We do not currently offer customer account registration, user login portals, customer self-service portals, online purchasing, or payment processing through the Site. Purchasing and fulfillment occur through direct business relationships outside the Site.
The information we collect depends on how you interact with us. We may collect information directly from you, automatically through the Site, and from service providers, referral sources, and business partners.
When you use the drawing-upload field on our Request a Quote form, uploaded drawing and model files are stored within our WordPress website environment and are shared with our Sales team through email for quotation and follow-up. Access is limited to authorized Sales and Marketing personnel and applicable website and Salesforce service providers that support this workflow.
Please do not submit Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), ITAR-controlled technical data, classified information, export-controlled technical data, or other information requiring a specially authorized handling environment through general Site forms or ordinary email. Contact us to discuss an appropriate channel before transmitting controlled information.
We may receive information from analytics, advertising, search-engine optimization, customer relationship management, email-marketing, scheduling, referral, campaign-management, website hosting and support, and content-delivery providers, as well as consultants or agencies that assist us with marketing, website operations, lead generation, and business development.
We may use personal information for the following business and operational purposes:
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for functional, preference, analytics, security, and marketing purposes. Depending on the page and your consent choices, these technologies may be provided by us or by third parties.
We use analytics and reporting technologies to understand how visitors use the Site and to improve performance, content, navigation, and marketing effectiveness. These tools may include Google Analytics, Google Search Console, WordPress analytics and reporting tools, and related search-engine optimization or performance technologies.
We use Microsoft Clarity across public areas of the Site where the Clarity tracking code is active, including Contact pages and forms, the Request a Quote page and form, Careers pages, and other public website pages. Clarity Session Replay is enabled and recordings are captured to help us understand visitor interactions, improve usability, identify technical issues, and evaluate website performance. We use a Balanced masking configuration, and user-entered information is masked in session recordings. We may also use heatmaps and related interaction analytics. We do not use session analytics for the purpose of intentionally collecting sensitive form or project information.
We use or may use Google advertising and conversion technologies, LinkedIn analytics or advertising technologies, search-engine marketing tools, and other advertising or retargeting technologies to measure campaigns, understand referrals, attribute conversions, and present advertising based on interactions with our Site or campaigns. These technologies may use cookies, pixels, device identifiers, or similar tools.
We use Complianz as the Site’s consent-management platform. Complianz provides a cookie preference interface through which you can accept, deny, or manage available categories of non-essential technologies. Essential or strictly necessary technologies may operate without consent where permitted by law because they are required to provide requested functionality, maintain security, or remember privacy choices. You can revisit the Site’s consent controls to change
available preferences. The operation of individual analytics, advertising, or other tags may depend on the configuration of the relevant technology and integration.
You may also control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking or deleting cookies may affect some Site features. Browser-based “Do Not Track” settings are not governed by a uniform industry standard. Where applicable law requires us to recognize a qualifying universal opt-out preference signal, we will process such signals as required by that law.
We may send newsletters, product or service announcements, event information, product-launch communications, educational resources, and other marketing messages using providers such as Constant Contact, Microsoft 365/Outlook, or other marketing-automation platforms. We may segment communications by industry, aircraft platform, product or service interest, customer type, or similar business criteria.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us through the methods described below. We may retain a limited suppression record so that we can honor your opt-out. Even after you opt out of marketing messages, we may continue to send non-marketing communications relating to an existing inquiry, transaction, contractual relationship, safety matter, or other legitimate business purpose.
We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients when reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy:
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, some advertising, analytics, conversion, or retargeting activities may be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or processing for targeted advertising under certain U.S. state privacy laws. Where such laws apply to us and give you an opt-out right, you may exercise that right through the Site’s available privacy or cookie controls, including the privacy request page described in Section 9.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to respond to inquiries, prepare and preserve quotes, manage business relationships, provide requested communications, maintain business and tax records, comply with legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and protect our rights. The retention period varies depending on the type of information, the nature of the relationship, applicable legal requirements, and whether the information is needed for security, audit, or recordkeeping purposes.
Marketing contact information may be retained until you unsubscribe or otherwise object to marketing, after which we may retain a limited suppression record. Analytics, advertising, and security information may be retained according to our configured settings and the retention practices of the relevant service provider. When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, de-identify, or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable law and backup or archival practices.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, acquisition, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Measures may include access controls, secure transmission technologies, security monitoring, vendor management, and limiting access to personnel or service providers who need the information for legitimate business purposes.
For files submitted through the Request a Quote upload field, access is limited to authorized personnel and applicable service providers supporting the website, Sales, Marketing, and Salesforce workflow. Because uploaded files are stored in the WordPress environment and may be shared with the Sales team through email, you should not use this general upload channel for CUI, ITAR-controlled, classified, export-controlled, or other information requiring a specially authorized handling environment.
No security measure or Internet transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using appropriate care when transmitting information to us, particularly information that is confidential, controlled, export-restricted, or otherwise sensitive.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the unsubscribe mechanism included in those messages. You may also ask us to update your communication preferences.
You can manage available cookie categories through the Site’s consent controls and may adjust browser settings to block or delete cookies. The Site also maintains a privacy request and opt-out page at https://jetechnologysolutions.com/opt-out-preferences/.
Depending on where you reside, the nature of our relationship with you, the type of information involved, and whether a particular privacy law applies to JE Technology Solutions, you may have rights concerning your personal information. These rights may include the right to request confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion, or portability; to opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising; to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information; to use an authorized agent; to appeal certain privacy-request decisions where required; and to be free from unlawful discrimination for exercising applicable privacy rights.
We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. We may deny or limit a request where permitted by law, including when an exception applies, we cannot reasonably verify the request, or retention is required for legal, security, contractual, or recordkeeping purposes. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
To submit a privacy request, use the privacy request/opt-out page identified above, use our Site contact form, call us at the contact number below, or write to us at the mailing address in Section 14. If applicable law permits an authorized agent to act for you, we may request evidence of the agent’s authority and may verify your identity directly.
The Site is intended for business and professional audiences and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children through the Site. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child in circumstances where applicable law requires deletion or parental authorization, we will take appropriate steps consistent with applicable law.
JE Technology Solutions operates in the United States, and the Site is accessible globally. We are not currently directing specific marketing efforts toward individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. If you access the Site from outside the United States or provide information to us from another country, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and in other locations where our service providers operate. Those locations may have privacy laws that differ from the laws where you reside. Where applicable law imposes requirements on such transfers or processing, we will address those requirements as applicable to our processing.
The Site may link to third-party websites, social networks, embedded content, scheduling tools, recruiting platforms, or other services that we do not control. If you choose to use a third-party recruiting platform or other external service linked from the Site, information you submit directly to that service is also subject to the provider’s own privacy notice and terms. We encourage you to review those policies before providing information to a third party.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or business operations. We will post the revised version on the Site and update the “Last Updated” date. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
