The quote process defines the commercial path. The separate six-stage lifecycle begins after the project is approved.
Understand operational needs, environment, application, and project constraints.
Select or engineer the best-fit access, maintenance, or manufacturing solution.
Define scope, schedule, commercial terms, and project cost for review.
Deliver the solution and provide documentation and continued support.
These four steps are the commercial path to a signed scope. Once a project is approved it moves into JE’s six-stage delivery lifecycle — requirements, engineering, manufacturing, quality, delivery and support.
This is a public website form. Describe the problem and the environment — not the drawing. Anything controlled comes later, through the proper channel.
Describe geometry and constraints in plain terms without controlled technical data. A specialist will arrange a secure channel if detailed data is needed.
Start with the application, environment, geometry, and operational challenge. JE will help define the next practical step.
