A 140-ton Baileigh press brake (±0.008" bend accuracy) and dedicated pipe/tube benders shape sheet, plate, and tube components to precise specifications.
CNC machining produces brackets, housings, gears, bearings, and other components from aluminum, various steels, plastics, wood, rubber, and foam.
Welding personnel provide MIG and TIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and steel, bringing individual components together into subassemblies.
Components are finished — polished, powder-coated, bead-blasted, painted, or hot-dip galvanized — and assembled into the completed product.
