A feature list is only useful if you know which question it answers. Every one of these eight exists because a specific loss was measured first — including the base that put two to three days of labour on a single tail panel.
There is rarely a one-size-fits-all solution — every application has unique needs, and each needs a different subset of these eight.
Each row states the operational question first. If the answer is no, the feature is cost without benefit — which is the whole reason this is a subset exercise and not a checklist.

Do crews leave the site to fetch tools or materials?
Are power tools, pneumatics or extra lighting used at height?
Do people work above ground level on this stand?
Do crews report fatigue, strain or awkward reach on long tasks?
2 of the 8 are conditions of use rather than efficiency gains — load capacity and safety. The other 6 each answer a question that may simply be false of your operation, in which case the feature is cost without benefit.
