C-130 Engine Change Cart

In 2018 JE worked directly with U.S. Air Force maintainers at Patrick Air Force Base to develop a purpose-built tooling cart for one of the most complex maintenance tasks in the C-130 fleet.

Through direct engagement and end-user interviews at Patrick Air Force Base, JE identified the specific inefficiencies in tooling storage and staging, then engineered a dedicated cart to support the full engine-change workflow from staging through execution.
