The challenge

One Structure, Six Jobs, No Machine to Measure

The customer needed a fully engineered access and fall protection platform designed around large CNC machines that hadn’t arrived yet — using only machine specifications, facility layouts, and operational requirements — while also accommodating CMM inspection equipment and facility cleaning access underneath the structure.
