JE Technology Solutions’ assembly capability is backed by welding personnel providing MIG and TIG welding on aluminum, stainless steel, and steel, and supported by documented quality processes applied to every assembled unit, not just the individual components that make it up.

JE joins components using MIG and TIG welding performed by welding personnel, checks fit and alignment against the original specification, and inspects the completed assembly before it’s finished and delivered.
Components arrive as separate pieces. Fit and alignment are established at the assembly bench and checked before the joint is made.
Self-fixturing tab-and-slot features are cut into the components during fabrication. The parts locate against each other and snap together, and the weld follows.
