JE Technology Solutions company history

Every Platform We Engineer Exists So Someone Goes Home Safely

How we measure success

JE Technology Solutions designs and builds access systems, maintenance platforms, ground support equipment, and fabricated solutions for people doing difficult, demanding work. We don’t measure success by how much metal we fabricate — we measure it by whether the people using what we build go home safely.

Our Story

What began as an engineering, design, manufacturing, and project management firm has grown into a 47,500-square-foot manufacturing operation in Apopka, Florida — serving customers around the world.

Founded · engineering-led

Founded in Florida, engineering first

JE Technology Solutions was founded in Florida in 2004 by Adrian Little, who serves as the company’s Founder and President, built around a commitment to customer focus from day one. The early years were engineering-led by design: before investing in manufacturing infrastructure, JE built its reputation solving complex technical challenges for commercial and government customers.

First facility

First manufacturing facility, Longwood

JE opened its first manufacturing facility — 1,800 square feet in Longwood, Florida, just north of Orlando — and began producing aerospace maintenance equipment under its own roof for the first time.

Larger programs

Room for larger aerospace programs

Growing demand pushed the company into a 5,500-square-foot facility, still in the Longwood/Orlando area. Those early years produced JE’s first major military work — F-16 boarding ladders and F-15 and F-16 maintenance stands — establishing the company as a trusted supplier of aerospace maintenance access equipment.

Scale

Navy, Air Force and international programs

JE expanded into a 20,000-square-foot facility in South Orlando, and the scale of its work grew with it: Navy OLPA stands, F-18 maintenance stands, C-17 LHMA carts, and A-10 maintenance stands, supporting installations at Lackland and Lemoore and international programs in South Korea and Japan.

Headquarters

The Apopka headquarters

JE moved into its current 47,500-square-foot headquarters in Apopka — also in the greater Orlando area — a transformational expansion in manufacturing capability.

New markets

Contract manufacturing and custom fabrication

The company expanded into contract manufacturing and custom metal fabrication, with major programs including Blue Origin, C-17 ground support equipment, and F-16 work in Germany.

Infrastructure

Investing in the systems behind the growth

JE invested in the operational infrastructure to support that growth — new ERP systems, CNC tube cutting and pipe bending equipment — while formalizing career progression and internal systems.

2026

New measure of success

Measuring quality instead of speed

The company shifted how it measures success itself: from tracking employee efficiency to tracking quality through zero escapes, prioritizing defect-free work over simply working faster.

No factory yet — engineering, design and project management

But the real story isn’t about square footage or equipment lists. It’s about the trust earned one program at a time — starting with a handful of aerospace maintenance stands and growing into work that spans commercial aviation, national defense, and installations in Germany, the United Kingdom, Japan, and South Korea. Each program reflected increasing technical complexity, and increasing customer confidence.

02 Mission & vision

Mission & Vision

Mission

To provide the best-valued products and services that maximize customer safety.

Vision

To make a positive impact on people's lives by designing and manufacturing products that make work safer and easier.

Every platform, stand, ladder, and engineered structure JE builds exists because someone needs to perform difficult work without unnecessary risk. That’s not a marketing line — it’s the stated reason the company exists, and it’s why engineering comes before manufacturing in everything JE does.

The order matters

Many companies in this space describe themselves as metal fabricators first. JE doesn't. Engineering comes first. Manufacturing follows.

03 The six configurations

How JE Works: From Assessment Through Support

Each approved project at JE moves through an integrated six-stage lifecycle — from understanding the requirement through delivery and ongoing support — the same disciplined process whether the work is a single machined part or a complete custom-engineered system.

01

Requirements

Understand the application, environment, operational need, and project objective.

02

Engineering

Develop a manufacturable solution shaped around safety and workflow.

03

Manufacturing

Produce components through the required cutting, machining, welding, fabrication, and finishing processes.

04

Quality

Assemble and verify fit, function, workmanship, and documentation.

05

Delivery

Coordinate packaging, transport, and project-location deployment.

06

Support

Provide documentation and continued assistance after delivery.

04 Where we work today

Where We Work Today

JE’s core competency was never a single product — it’s designing safe access and engineered fabricated solutions wherever they’re needed. Today that spans four major markets, alongside continued defense and government work.

Delivered internationally

JE’s products and engineering services have been delivered throughout the United States and internationally — a genuinely global footprint built one program at a time, not through a single large contract.

Germany F-16 programs
United Kingdom RAF installations
Japan Aerospace maintenance programs

Our Values

JE’s core values aren’t a poster in a break room. They show up in how the company measures itself.

Trust

The team at Apopka — consistent, experienced people are part of what keeps quality consistent.
How the company measures itself

Customers trust JE because employees first earn trust with one another.

That’s not a slogan — it’s the operating logic behind how the company built its reputation one program at a time, long before it had the scale to compete on price alone.

06 Quality & certifications

In 2026 we changed what we count

The company shifted how it measures success itself — prioritizing defect-free work over simply working faster.

Employee efficiency

How fast the work moved through the shop.
Easiest to track

Easiest to track

That shift connects directly to customer satisfaction, reputation, and profitability — a company measuring what actually protects the people who depend on its equipment, not just what’s easiest to track.

08 Careers at JE

Building Careers, Not Just Filling Jobs

JE has built structured career progression paths in Manufacturing, Welding, and Engineering — with defined advancement criteria, internal promotion, coaching, and leadership opportunities built in, not offered as an afterthought.

The company wants employees to view JE as a place to build a career, not simply hold a position — which matters to customers too, since consistent, experienced teams are part of what keeps quality consistent from one project to the next.
